F.A.Q. Pony Party
What age of children can ride ?
Our pony rides are for young, small children who are 80lbs or less. Parents will need to walk alongside children ages 1-3yrs of age. Everyone can pet, braid , and feed our ponies
Where are your parites at?
We travel to you! There is a small travel fee for locations outside of our 30 mile radius.
When should we reserve our party date?
The sooner the better! Our weekends fill up the quickest.
Do you require a deposit when reserving?
To reserve your party date, there is a 50% deposit requirement. This deposit is non-refundable.
When is final payment due?
The final payment is due 24 hours prior to your event. I will send you a reminder the week of your event to make the payment in full. If final payment is not received 24 hours prior to your event, the event will be automatically be cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
What is your cancellation policy?
If cancelled 7 days prior to your scheduled event, you CAN use your non-refundable deposit towards a new reservation.
If cancelled less than 7 days to your scheduled event, you will NOT be able to use your non-refundable deposit towards a new reservation.
What happens if it rains ?
If it is scheduled to rain or have bad weather during the time of your event, you will be able to use your non-refundable deposit to reschedule your event. Please notify me at least 24 hours prior to the start time of your event to reschedule.
How much time do you need to set up?
We will arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled "start" time. This allows me to tack up the ponies, set up feed/water buckets and familiarize the pony to its surroundings.
Will you clean up after your ponies?
Yes- We will come with the necessary tools to clean up pony droppings. However, urine may leave a brown spot in your grass.
What about our dog?
Our ponies are okay with passive dogs, but for the safety of everyone- please keep your dogs inside while we are at your event.
How do I reserve a date?
Please fill out the form located on the pony party main page, and I will be in touch via email within 24-48 hours.
